Android Phone Stopped Synching with Office365

On 24th January 2012 after months of working perfectly one of our Samsung Galaxy S2 (Android) phones stopped receiving mail from Office365.

After a bit of diagnostics we found this post resolved the issue.  Hope it helps anyone with the same problem.
