Tool Simulator

The tool simulator is a simple utility that helps in the development of automated equipment interfaces.  Access to production tools is always constrained therefore the tool simulator can be used in the early stages of tool interface develpment in place of the real machine, thus reducing implementation timescales and overall equipment downtime.

Host Simulator

The Host simulator allows Equipment Manager (EM) scenarios to be executed without the need for integration to a factory host system (MES/ERP). The Equipment Integration specialist will gain a high level of confidence that scenarios execute correctly prior to full system integration testing.  This component allows the process of Equipment Integration to be broken down into more manageable blocks.
